Requirements and skills
Responsibility and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: –
Inventory Management
- Periodic Inventory Analysis across 10000+ products, Ageing report, manage expire stock on website etc,
- Create appropriate buying plan for assigned category or product as per Sales targets with the help of planning.
- Set Advanced Retail Project targets for product categories
- Create Option plan and conduct depth analysis
- Formulate Stock to Sale plan for a season – End Of Month / Bill Of Materials
- Open To Buy calculation
- Placing timely orders with respective brands as per the buy plan.
- Implementation, Execution and Monitoring of Inventory level controls at all levels (Stores and Warehouse)
- Working on Inventory Provisioning in collaboration with other departments.
- Monitoring Stock Transfer Orders.
- Ensure Ideal stock cover for each product category is maintained
- Assisting for day to day store queries impacting store performance
- Responsible for Inventory valuation across company.
- Manage Auditors (Internal and External)
- Monitor GRNs on daily basis
- Purchase Discrepancies resolution with the supplier or internal
- Conduct Annual stock count of 100% inventory.
- Report submissions on monthly quarterly and yearly basis
Master Data Management
- Responsible for End-to-End Master Data maintenance activity which includes Article, Price, Tax master.
- Handling new product Launch and ensure timely updating of data in CIN7 and website.
- Involvement in Price Revision Activity basis the requirement.

Qualification:
- Master/Bachelor in relevant stream, master degree (preferable), with minimum 2-3 years experience.
- English proficiency is compulsory.
- Command on advance excel
- Good experience on ERP or SAP
- Prior experience in Inventory Management in E-commerce/food/goods
